Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium radio show where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else and is decades ahead of what's out there now.
As I've always said, who has 10 years, 20, or 30 years to wait for answers?
Do you?
I don't think any of us do.
So life is precious.
There's no time to waste or spare.
So let's start the process.
Let's start healing now.
So today's show is about the hidden cause of fatigue.
You know what I'm talking about.
Being tired.
No explanation of why we're tired.
So do you feel tired often?
Have less energy than you should?
It's very likely you're among many of the millions suffering with adrenal fatigue.
Today I will share why adrenal fatigue is an epidemic today and how you can begin to get your energy and vitality back.
I think we're all faced with some type of fatigue of one way or another.
So I really want to go into this.
This is going to be great.
And a little bit about me.
in case you've just tuned into the show for the first time.
And the medical medium, since age four,
I heard a voice perfectly clear
that told me what was wrong with my grandmother.
She had lung cancer.
Since then, I've been helping tens of thousands of people out,
getting information they need, answers they need,
with all kinds of different rare conditions
and mystery illnesses and chronic conditions.
And that's what I've been doing my whole life.
I've dedicated everything to just that.
So we're here, and let's talk about these adrenals.
That's really an interesting topic because 80% of the U.S. alone is suffering or dealing with some kind of adrenal issue.
80% of the whole U.S.
So, yeah, and we'll be dealing with it multiple times in their life.
Some may deal with it for 10 years or longer.
Sure.
And others may just have bouts of it, bouts of adrenal fatigue.
So there's so much to talk about with this.
And we're at an age now where we're pushed so much harder than we were, if you can believe that.
Because there's a lot of stimulation.
We're not where we were, you know, centuries and centuries ago.
I mean, don't get me wrong.
There's been reasons to be adrenal fatigued since the beginning of mankind, humankind.
There's been reasons to be adrenal fatigued.
Absolutely.
But right now, in this time period, there's a lot being thrown at us and never existed before.
We have responsibilities like different than ever.
We have obligations.
We have tasks. We have stress. Yeah, there's that word stress. Lots of projects, you know,
lots of demands. And then of course, the stuff that, you know, no one needs, which is stuff
being thrown at you, whether it's, you know, a relationship that's not working out or, you know,
a rocky situation at work or at the business, whatever it is, there's a lot going at us all
at once. So we have a lot of reasons to be dealing with some kind of adrenal fatigue.
So not everyone though, who is tired has adrenal fatigue, not everyone. So we have to think about
that for a moment. There's people that are tired or fatigued, but it's not adrenal fatigue. In fact,
that can go to their doctor's office and their adrenals look pretty good.
You know, what's interesting about adrenal fatigue to begin with, it's hot right now.
So it's a big thing right now.
We're all aware of it.
But years ago, you know, you just, no one cared about those adrenals.
I'm talking about the 60s, the 70s.
No one cared about adrenals.
You couldn't get someone to put an adrenal fatigue stamp on you.
It really wasn't even possible.
I mean, it was rare, absolutely rare.
And so, but now we've come a long way.
So we're learning there are these things going on inside of our bodies.
And adrenal fatigue is rampant.
But there are people that are tired, you know, without adrenal fatigue.
And it's really confusing because there are other reasons,
other things happening in our body that make us tired.
For instance, maybe an underlying cause, like an underlying condition, like a viral condition.
There's so many different viruses out there.
There's so many different bugs.
So there's other things that can cause fatigue.
There's neurological fatigue.
There's people with anxiety.
There's people with depression that have a neurological fatigue.
Because that's anxiety and depression is neuro-based.
So it doesn't mean their adrenals are overloaded, maxed out, problematic, underactive, overactive.
It doesn't mean that at all.
They can have pretty good adrenals.
And then they have instead kind of a neurological fatigue.
Or if someone is really toxic in a different way, having a lot of heavy metals in their system or different toxins in their system,
that they're picking up mold, if they're getting mold from someplace or from some workplace or
whatever it is, and then that puts a burden on the system. It puts a burden on the neurological
system. It puts the burden on the lymphatic system. The body gets overloaded. You can get
fatigue from that too. So it's not just adrenal fatigue because I'll tell you something really
interesting. This is interesting right here for sure. There's people with really bad adrenals,
as far as what the blood work looks like, as far as the tests look like.
Cortisol is just through the roof, you know, just out there.
You know, adrenals are way underactive.
I mean, from a textbook, from a profile standard,
this person should be just like, couldn't even get off the couch.
But they have plenty of energy, and they don't feel fatigued at all.
There's that situation as well.
So it's really, it's a strange combination.
So my job is to figure out what kind do you have?
I'd like to put it all in one basket, of course, and just be like, oh, adrenals, they do this.
You know, adrenals are responsible for creating cortisol and cortisone, and this is what they do.
Epinephrine, you know, adrenaline, and put it in a basket and say, well, if you have adrenal fatigue, this is what you have.
If you don't, you don't.
It's not that easy.
It's not that easy because everybody's different.
We've got to face it.
Every soul is different, right?
Everybody's different, no matter what.
Everybody's body is different.
So someone might have, you know, underactive adrenals, but a toxicity issue combined.
someone might have a viral issue, you know, like the shingles virus or cytomegular virus or Epstein-Barr virus or, you know, anything, HHV-6 or someone else might have something different.
And where it's, you know, instead it's just neurological.
And so we have this blend.
You can have the combination of all of them.
So you can be one person that has weak adrenals.
That's one thing.
Have a viral condition.
That's number two.
Have a toxicity level.
That's number three.
Maybe the liver's not working good.
That's number four.
You put it together.
And we got like grandma's apple pie.
The right amount of cinnamon.
The right amount of nutmeg.
And we're dealing with, you know, we got it going on there.
We have a melting pot right there.
So we have to kind of swim through this a little bit.
And that's what I'm here for.
I'm here to know these subtleties.
I'm here to know the difference.
That's my job.
I have to do this.
And so let's talk about like how you feel, okay?
Are you someone that wakes up in the morning totally exhausted, just like you never slept?
Is that somebody out there?
right? Or did that happen in your life? You just wake up shot. You wake up just totally exhausted
and run down. Like, whoa, that sleep didn't even matter. Or that 10 hours of sleep didn't matter.
That eight hours of sleep didn't matter. Now that could be a form of adrenal fatigue.
It really could. But most likely there's a little bit more with that one. So if you're somebody that
wakes up just totally exhausted in the morning.
There's a combo going on there.
That's right.
There's some adrenal fatigue for sure.
And then there's something else.
You know, toxicity level is up, sluggish liver, okay?
And maybe even something else.
Are you one that has energy in the morning enough?
And then by 11 o'clock, you're like done?
You're done for the day?
and you're ready to either take a nap at the office or just take a nap on the couch at home,
and you need that crash time, so you're having an early crash, that right there is adrenal fatigue.
That's pretty much mostly adrenal fatigue.
So if you're that person out there, that's the adrenal fatigue right there mostly taking over.
You have, you know, there could be some spices in that apple pie that I mentioned before, a little touch here and there.
It could be starting.
You might have a sluggish liver.
But that's definitely some adrenal fatigue going on there.
Are you someone that by the afternoon, so you made it through the morning, you made it through the mid-morning,
and now it's the afternoon and you're like, whoa, now I need to crash.
And it's 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, and you're done.
But you need to push through the rest of the day.
Like, whoa, is anybody like feeling that one?
Because that happens a lot.
That's adrenal fatigue for sure.
But that's one where your cortisol is not so high.
It's not maxing out all the time, but the adrenals are underactive.
And then are you somebody that drags all day long?
You kind of woke up all right in the morning, and then you dragged all day long all the way until you get home, and then you start sparking up, waking up a bit, and then by 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock at night, you're like, you're ready.
You're ready to go out dancing.
You're ready to, you know, watch your favorite TV show.
You're ready, you know, all wound up with popcorn by your side.
You're ready to do a project.
You're ready to start zapping out emails.
It's 10 o'clock at night, 1030 at night, and you're just, you know, going.
That's adrenal fatigue.
That's what that is.
Exactly what that is.
That's kind of a combination, though.
Cortisol is a little bit on and off.
Adrenals are underactive and overactive at the same time.
Underactive and overactive.
Up and down, up and down, up and down.
If we were to talk about this stuff back in the 70s, a paddy wagon would have to come by.
Somebody would send a paddy wagon, not for the person that has the symptoms, but anybody just talking about it.
Because, like I said, adrenals were really not addressed or talked about or a hot topic for quite a while.
It took a while.
I have to hand it to the alternative healing department of the world to really make us aware of the adrenals.
and because it was that battle that occurred that I'll talk about another day too.
I'm probably going off course, but that battle that occurred back in the 80s
when women were really sick and there were no answers.
There was a great divide among conventional and alternative doctors.
This divide I'm talking about was unbelievable.
You couldn't find a practice that had both of them working together.
It was either all conventional or all alternative.
And it was completely divided.
I mean, this is serious.
And so the alternative world was like, look, we're working on adrenals with people.
And the conventional world was like, no, no, you know, back in the 70s and 80s, no way, early 80s.
So a lot has changed.
And, you know, and now we all work together.
You know, we're all working together to see that out there.
And, you know, it's great because, you know, you can get your adrenals checked out in different venues, both at your conventional doctor, your functional doctor, your alternative doctor, whatever.
It's all good.
And but are you that person that gets wound up by the end of the night?
Well, if that's you, then, yes, we have like overactive, underactive, plus cortisol.
It's just a, you know, it's a storm.
So I want to help everybody get their adrenals back.
And if it's not really adrenals we're talking about, you're still going to get a lot from today.
So if you've got something else cooking that's making you tired and exhausted, like maybe even something emotional that's happening, like you're in a real hard relationship, difficult relationship, it doesn't mean your adrenals are going everywhere, being overactive and underactive.
It could just mean it's stress in general on the brain.
You know, that can exhaust someone.
That's kind of more of a neuro exhaustion.
You still want to support your adrenals.
You still want to support them.
And it's about getting adrenals back.
There's a secret that nobody knows about adrenals.
I got it from Spirit.
And I actually put it in the book, Medical Medium, the Medical Medium book that I have.
and the secret is about adrenals.
This is one of many actually that I have
and I was fortunate enough to get that information from Spirit.
One is that we have more going on with our adrenals
than anybody really knows as far as different blends of adrenaline.
So we think we just have one adrenaline.
There's compounds.
There's cortisol.
It's a compound.
It's a steroid compound that we produce.
We produce a little bit of progesterone, a little bit of estrogen out of the adrenals.
We do that too.
And a little bit of cortisone.
So we have that down.
We know that.
But if you want a golden nugget, I'll give you one.
We have a lot more on a compound level that's not discovered yet with what our adrenals produce.
A lot more.
We're talking about 30 years from now.
This will be out.
Hopefully I'm still here to see that one surface.
I don't want to be seeing it from heaven.
Okay, so, but the deal is, is that there are different blends, different compounds, different hormones, undiscovered, that the adrenals produce.
for instance over 56 varieties of blends kind of like when you go to the health food market and you
want a juice blend or you want a smoothie blend right and you're going to be putting all kinds
of different things in it the guy behind the counter is going to be like the mixologist is
going to be putting all kinds of stuff going on in there give you the best healthiest smoothie
possible. And it's like that. I'll tell you what these blends are about. If you, if you're going
to bathroom and eliminating, there's a, there's a certain blend for that alone. Literally. If you
go driving, if you're driving in a car, their, your adrenals are actually releasing hormones
that are unknown to science to this day and will be. Um, if you're in, you know, a stressful
situation, there's a different blend for that. If you're angry, there's a different blend for that.
If you're sad, if you're happy, if you're into adrenaline sports, it's a blend for that.
So there's a different mix with different compounds, lots of compounds,
you know, close to 30 different compounds. And so, and then there's all these different
kind of recipes. So everything you do, getting up to take a shower in the morning, there's a blend
blend shooting out of the adrenals to do that. When you sip your coffee and you get that caffeine
boost, there's a blend for that. You're not going to hear this anywhere else. There's nowhere you
can hear this anywhere else. So if you go looking forward and trying to find it, it's not going to
happen. Just saving the time and energy. And then, but basically, okay, with all these different
blends and everything that we have going on, we have something that we have to be aware of.
That our adrenaline, don't get upset. Don't get nervous. Our adrenaline is not good for us.
It's not good for us. So we have to treat our adrenals right. There's a couple of reasons.
One is that adrenaline and all the different hormones that make up adrenaline,
all the different compounds are corrosive to the body and they're like battery acid.
So say we're, you know, under a lot and we're not taking care of adrenals or taking care of our
bodies to withstand the course of action that your adrenals are taking, the release of these
hormones, if you're not taking care of your body and eating right and taking care of yourself,
that adrenaline is corrosive to the nervous system, starts to work on myelin nerve sheaths,
starts to go into the brain, starts to do all kinds of stuff, goes into joints.
So we can't fool around too much with this. We have to even be careful with adrenaline sports,
you know, where you're bungee jumping. I don't know if that's an adrenaline sport.
I'm not an expert in that.
But if you're doing that, this adrenaline that's shooting out of your adrenals,
this meaning, this variety, this group that are coming out, it's harsh.
We're talking like it's harsh.
It's like that car battery acid.
And we break down over time from it.
And then we wonder 20 years, 30 years down the road why we feel like bad, you know?
So that's something to understand.
And so we really, it's all about taking care of these adrenals and getting them not only protected, but taking care of your body so it can withstand an event.
An event that's stressful at work or your printer breaks down or you're in some relationship or you got post-traumatic stress syndrome, which we're going to do a show on actually sometime.
So just hang in there for that one's going to come up someday.
And so all these different things are using our adrenaline.
That's how it works.
So we want to be as joyful as possible, happy as possible, because the adrenaline that's released even for happiness is safer.
The group of hormones that actually make up that blend for happiness is safer, still corrosive.
So it's about taking care of yourself long term.
It's about more meals being the right meals.
Yeah, and catching up.
so this is all important to know another thing to know is that your adrenals are like like fort
fort knox they're the bank and your adrenaline and your cortisol and everything else and
your compounds your all those compounds those chemical compounds those steroids are your
liquid gold. And you don't want to spend all your liquid gold in the wrong place at the wrong time,
right? Do you want to spend all your money at the wrong place at the wrong time? You know,
don't, you know, I'm not an advocate of casinos. So, you know, you can dump a lot there. But
even so, you don't, you don't want to dump a lot of this liquid gold that's in those adrenal glands.
because if you do, you pay the price later.
And look, there's ways of fixing this.
There's ways of healing these adrenals.
There's ways of bringing them back.
So if you did lose all of your liquid gold out of your adrenals,
we could get it back.
We can get it back.
Okay, not to worry.
So that's another key thing to really know,
like in your psyche, in your mind.
so here's a trick to get your adrenals back it's grazing often you'll see me say this or hear me
say this you'll hear me say this to someone even you know in the show a caller someone calls and
i'll be like hey you've got to eat every hour and a half the reason why i'm saying that because i'm
seeing an adrenal issue you have to eat if you have if you think you have some serious adrenal
fatigue. If your doctor practitioner says, whoa, you have adrenal fatigue, we're pretty sure here,
then you have to eat every hour and a half. It doesn't mean big meals. You can eat bigger meals
when you want, but it has to be grazing. If you have real severe adrenal fatigue where you can't
get off the couch and your adrenals are that difficult or that bad, then you have to eat every
hour. Now, listen, that's going to go against a lot of different theories out there and everything
else. But this isn't a theory. This is how I've recovered thousands of people over the last 25
years. So it's not about a belief system. So if you run into someone and they'll be like,
well, that's crazy. You can't eat like that. That weakens your digestion. That weakens your
adrenal. That's not true. I'm just telling you. And if you just have mild adrenal fatigue,
it's like mild and you think it's mild and you suspect it. And you've listened to some of the
things I said at the beginning of this, where I talked about how during the day you get tired and
you get worn out by two o'clock or at the end of the night, you're revved up again and you suspect,
hey, adrenals are at work here as being a problem,
then you do have to graze every two hours.
You can't go four hours without eating.
That's not going to do your adrenals good at all.
So snacks, it's about snacks.
And some of the snacks have to be healthy fruits and some vegetables.
I'll tell you why.
because blood sugar means everything to saving your adrenals.
I'm going to dispel a myth right here and the movement that's growing.
So just, you know, hold on to your seat.
You know, right now, the fear of fructose being fruit weakens your adrenals.
That's beyond wrong.
And I'm not saying someone has to be a fruitarian.
That's not at all.
I love everything that's out there.
I love all diets, all foods.
It has nothing to do with that.
It's just that it has everything to do with your blood sugar, meaning keeping it stable and making sure that you have a fruit and a vegetable that has some kind of mineral salt in it.
Mineral salts that are naturally in there like cucumber, like celery sticks.
That means apple and a celery stick can save your adrenals and bring them back, meaning as a grazing technique.
I'm not saying that's your meal.
That's, you know, that's your big lunch or your dinner, whatever, how you want to do it.
But you have to snack and graze.
So it's like an apple and a celery stick, apple and some sliced cucumbers.
There's mineral salts in there and in the celery and in the cucumber.
And then there's precious vital minerals as well in the apple that are bonded to the fructose in the apple that stop your adrenals from flooding.
So hear me out.
What happens is if you don't eat and you go three, four, five, six hours without eating, guess what you're running on?
You're not running on blood sugar.
You're running on adrenaline.
That's right.
That's right.
You're running on adrenaline.
You're running on straight adrenaline.
And that's not good.
That adds up over time, breaks us down, gets us in trouble, and we get into a bad place.
so let's talk about some things you can have like oranges bring back adrenals
calcium and oranges that's a mineral that's it helps bring back adrenals so that's another thing
to the bioflavonoids in the skin of the orange i don't mean the rind exactly but the the pith
that's on that orange those bio bioflavonoids and those polyphenols that are in there
that supports adrenal function.
So remember to have an orange once in a while.
Don't be afraid.
Figs fill the trace minerals.
Dried black figs are even great.
Don't be afraid of a fig.
They're going to be coming out.
I think they're out now anyway.
I might go get some.
Dates.
Yeah, dates.
I don't know if you like dates.
You know, some people like them, some people don't.
But, you know, everybody has their own taste.
But dates are amazing.
rich in minerals, high, high potassium. What does high potassium do? Saves your adrenals.
It does. Saves your adrenals. So think about that. Celery. Yeah. You'll hear me a lot say,
oh, hey, this guy just likes celery. Well, I like everything, but celery brings back adrenals. And
what did I say? 80% of the U.S. has adrenal problems and is going to have it multiple times.
So why do I like celery then?
Because it brings back your adrenals.
It also saves your liver.
It strengthens your digestive system and brings back your adrenals.
Spinach, mineral salts.
That saltiness in the stem of spinach brings back your adrenals.
Artichokes is another great one.
That's amazing.
You can recover from adrenal fatigue with artichokes.
Absolutely.
They hold out energetic-wise, meaning there's an energy with them.
It's a carbohydrate in an artichoke that helps sustain your blood sugar and helps protect your adrenals.
Why do I care so much about blood sugar?
Because it means everything to your adrenals.
The minute that blood sugar drops, the adrenals are in trouble.
They're flooding.
You go through life like this, and you break them down, and everybody says,
well, I don't know why it's happening.
I don't know what's going on.
Yeah.
Vitamin C.
I don't like ascorbic acid.
I don't like ascorbic acid vitamin C.
So look for something that's not ascorbic acid.
If you're doing ascorbic acid vitamin C, it's the wrong one.
It's just really tough on the system.
But, you know, an ester C, maybe get an ester C that's really buffered just right.
So that's important.
B12.
B12, adenosilcobalamin.
You know, what happens is you feel alone in the world when you're like one of the only people that's saying adenosilcobalamin.
Now, you want methylcobalamin too.
You want to blend.
But, you know, it gets lonely.
It gets lonely when there's no other practitioners talking about adenosylcobalamin
when that's going to be a game changer for people's health in the next 10 years.
So that's really helpful for adrenals.
And ashwagandha.
It's a great herb.
That's one too.
Ashwagandha.
Absolutely.
Get to your practitioner.
Get to your naturopath.
Get to your functional medicine doctor.
Get to your doctor and get the best ashwagandha.
Or just check out, you know, my Facebook page.
Sometimes I talk about those things, you know, and give information out.
Cassandra berry.
It's a great one.
Adaptogenic.
It's an adaptogenic berry.
It's Cassandra berry.
Make a little tea out of it.
That's incredible for adrenals.
Better than ginseng for adrenals.
Better than Panex or American or Siberian ginseng.
So these are some of the things to do.
I hope, you know, we covered enough.
We can go a lot longer with this.
And so I'll do another Adrenal Show because there's so much more to cover.
But I think I got the guts of it down.
So I'm looking forward to talking to people now.
And we'll take some people on.
Line three, talk to Kay.
Hi.
Hey, Kay, how are you?
Thank you so much for taking my call.
This is an honor.
um it's an honor it's an honor to talk to you go ahead sorry two two problems that i'm having
one is um a urinary infection since march of 2014 the other one is um i have a condition where i get
periodically i get blood plots and this has been going on since 1993 and to date i've had seven
blood clots and the last one was this past january so those are the two things i wanted to talk about
today spirit says that you actually have a blend of bacteria you have a little bit of e coli
um it looks like in the bladder and one of the kidneys like the left kidney from what if i'm
facing you or with my my left side so which would be if i'm facing you it's my left side it's your
right kidney because i'm looking at you so your right kidney um and there's a blend of e coli
and strepococcal.
And it looks like it's pretty deep in the linings.
It's going to be antibiotic resistant.
So you're going to have a difficult time.
Have you been doing all the antibiotics?
I did two rounds of antibiotics,
and I've done 25 different other kinds of herbs
and essential oils and homeopathics,
25 different things, including two rounds of antibiotics.
Did you go to your alternative doctor and do a food elimination plan, get rid of some different foods?
Have you been to different practitioners?
I have been to a few different practitioners, including conventional ones, but I didn't do food elimination.
Do you think there's an allergy there?
Well, I don't think there's an allergy.
I think there's a food that the bacteria is feeding off of.
Okay.
So just to start with, make sure you never touch corn.
Spirit's saying corn would be the first.
Okay.
So make sure you never touch corn.
It's just not there.
No corn chips, no corn whatever, no corn, I don't know, corn products, corn bread.
Even though corn bread tastes really good, don't do it.
That's number one.
Keep that completely out.
And then keep dairy products completely out, corn and dairy.
Okay.
And then make sure canola oil is just gone.
Like you don't have that anywhere.
So if you're out at dinner somewhere or out at a restaurant and they say they're putting olive oil on there, they're not.
They're putting canola and olive mixed or something.
So you just got to be really mindful.
Okay.
I never use it myself.
Exactly.
But it gets in there anyway.
It's everywhere.
It's littered.
So these are things to begin with.
And get to your practitioner and tell them that you have active E. coli, active strep.
What happens is it's not going to be detectable because it's not active in the bloodstream.
It's in the lining.
It's in the lining.
Okay.
Okay, so urethra, bladder, kidney, it's all in the lining.
But you have both.
You have E. coli plus a strep.
It's going to be kind of madness, and you're going to be doing, you know, you can't get past it with the antibiotics.
But that's okay because get the foods better, and you'll starve out the bacteria.
That's number one.
And then, you know, keep on any tips you're seeing here with anything that I'm posting or doing.
Make sure you look into that.
You'll see there's a lot of different antibacterial stuff.
Thank you, Kay.
Oh, wait.
What about the blood clot?
Let's take a look and see.
All right.
Looks like scar tissue in the liver.
Did you ever get the liver checked out?
Normal test, not specific for liver.
It looks like the liver has a little touch of scar tissue in there.
So, and that doesn't mean surgery scar tissue.
That's not it at all.
Looks like from what we're seeing here, the E. coli got into the liver, then causing a little bit of scar tissue.
So what's happening is that those blood clots are caused by an elevation of inflammation plus byproduct from this bacteria.
I would go to the doctor and say, look, I got to address these bacterias.
Like, go to the natural doctor on this one, too.
I mean, you can go to any doctor you want, of course, but make sure you do both.
You go to the natural doctor and tell them, look, you think your liver's not doing what it needs to do, and you got these bacterias.
Thanks, Kay.
All right.
Thanks, sir.
So we have Mary.
Hi, Mary.
Line one.
Hi.
Hi, Mary.
Thank you for taking my call.
You're welcome.
How are you doing?
I'm not doing great, actually.
That's not good.
No, that's not good.
So I am so thankful that I'm speaking with you.
Looks like from here you definitely do have adrenal fatigue.
Okay.
Have you been to your practitioner and had some tests done and all that,
or you haven't done that yet?
I've had a few tests, but just basic testing, like basic blood work.
And everything is fine.
Well, that's good news.
At least there's nothing scary they're seeing.
That'll make you feel better.
I get.
Yeah.
But, yeah, there's adrenal fatigue going on for sure.
And it looks like the left side is actually more problematic than the right side of the body.
But this is your left side.
your left arm and your left kidney, your left adrenal.
So that looks a little bit more problematic as far as the adrenals go.
I would definitely, are you eating every couple of hours like I said earlier?
No.
This is critical that you do that.
You have to eat every couple of hours.
How tired are you?
Believe it or not, I don't feel that tired.
Like I can still exercise and I still can stay up late.
Like it doesn't, I don't need a nap.
I just feel emotionally tired.
Those are the adrenals.
Yeah, that's the adrenals.
Basically, if you don't take care of it now, it could get where it's not even being emotionally tired.
It's just going to be like, whoa, now when I go to work out or I go to exercise, now I'm really tired for three days.
and can't exercise for a couple.
So you have to eat every two hours.
And look, I'm not trying to strong arm you.
If you don't want to, I understand, but it's important to snack and graze.
Okay.
It is, but you have to keep, yeah.
Do you see this being because of some emotional stuff that's happening in my life?
Is that why this has happened?
Well, this isn't just recently.
For this adrenal fatigue has been building for 25 years.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's just been building all along the way.
So you want to take care of it for sure.
Don't stay up too late.
That's number one.
I mean, I'm sure you're not staying up that late, but don't stay up too late.
Make sure you're grazing and snacking in between.
And if you're exercising and you don't have something before you go exercise
and something immediately after your exercise, your adrenals are going to pay the price.
Okay.
Should I be taking anything, any supplements?
Well, I would definitely start looking into everything I said here for sure.
It looks like adrenal fatigue that could really turn around pretty fast
if you just follow at least the basics.
So the eating every couple of hours, look at everything I talked about here already.
You know, when you listen to the show, you know, get the archive and and tune into it and see and start start working on it.
That's what I would do, Mary. And it can turn around fast.
I don't see any terrible thing going on besides the fact that it's been happening for 25 years.
But now it's time to be proactive. It's time to do it.
Now, can I ask you, I have fullness under my left rib cage.
Like it feels like I've eaten 10 cheeseburgers when I've eaten a celery stick, for example.
Yeah. Did you hear what I said earlier when I said it's your left side, your left arm, left side?
I did, yes.
Yeah, that's the adrenal being extra stressed on the left side.
Wow, okay.
Well, yeah, because spirit knows.
Wow.
And then, yeah, so get working on this, and thank you for calling. You're really wonderful.
Thank you so much.
Okay, bye-bye.
So we've got line four. We have Lori.
Hi, Anthony.
Hi, how are you?
I am.
But I'm very tired.
I'm fabulous.
I'm so excited that you took my call.
Thank you so much.
Hey, I'm excited.
You're welcome.
I'm excited, too.
Yeah, I'm hoping you can see something.
I've just been so frustrated trying to eat better and differently and taking out gluten.
Well, I will say I'm proud of you.
Well, thank you.
Yeah, you're working hard.
I am.
I am.
But it's been very frustrating.
And like yesterday, I was just so tired that I just wanted to sleep all day.
Just nothing was giving me energy.
Yeah.
Do you see anything?
Any insights for me?
It's a full-time job.
Yes.
You know, to take care of yourself.
It really is.
And I completely understand.
Yeah, I do see things for sure.
Okay.
You have a low-grade, a little bit low-grade kind of mono kind of thing going on in the body.
it's not serious or anything it's been with you for a long time um so basically what's happening
is you just got a little low-grade viral thing happening so that's that's why it's going to be
difficult so if you start to um eat better and you're eliminating gluten but you just don't
really see the results you need to get it's because you got this little underlying low-grade
mono that you had when you were younger. So you had this when you were a kid. And the thing is
with this is you don't have to know you had it because it could have been just for a week. It
could have been for two. You could have had a scratchy throat. And the only way it would have
been detected if you actually had a blood test back, you know, 40 years ago, 38 years ago,
at the very time you had a scratchy throat and you were under the weather. But it doesn't look
serious. I don't see anything serious. That's kind of not a big deal at all, but that's going
to add to about 10%. Another 10% is going to be your liver. It's sluggish and stagnant.
So that's the other 10%. That's the 20% of why you're feeling not so great. And your thyroid's
hypo. Yeah, but yeah, you actually have a hypothyroid. Yeah. Indeed, I do. Indeed, you do.
Tell me, did doctors see that?
Well, my thyroid was removed 20 years ago, and I had been taking the synthetic.
Can you hear me okay?
Yeah.
Did you know you still have some thyroid left, though?
It's not completely removed.
Well, you know what?
I was just going to say that's so interesting, Anthony, because a year ago I went to a naturopathic
doctor who did my testing, and he said that my thyroid level was fine.
Yeah, because you have two sections left from what it looks like on the scan.
That's why.
Wow.
That's amazing.
Because when they first took, they only took out one side and hoped that the other side would regenerate.
And back then, when they looked at it, they said it never regenerated.
So it must have over time.
Okay.
No, you have most of your thyroid, two sections left, and it's working and functioning.
It's just typo.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Yeah, you know, what happens is that when surgeons go in and they remove thyroids, they a lot of times don't even tell their patient they left some in.
It's just normal.
It's not a bad thing, good thing.
In fact, I love when they leave some in, you know.
And that's, in fact, I really love when they leave a little bit in.
That's what we want.
And so you look fine there, but it's hypo.
And so you want to, I would probably even look back at my thyroid archive show and get as much information as you can from there.
And at the same time, you know, you do want to keep your foods good.
Like, don't stop working hard like you have been.
Make sure you have a lot of leafy greens.
Don't be afraid of leafy greens.
Leafy greens have the antioxidants.
They have the phytochemicals.
You know, more fruits and leafy greens.
and that's important for the thyroid.
Okay.
That's really important.
So I recently been doing the detox,
taking out all inflammatory foods.
And I guess it's making me more tired
before it makes me better,
but I wanted to make sure
I wasn't doing anything to more harm my body.
It's making you more tired
because you're undercaloried.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, this is a mistake made over and over again.
So please tell me I need to go eat a nice juicy burger.
No.
Well, no, it's just about getting enough calories, though.
See, what happens is that if you're going to be removing so much different food, you're going to be undercaloried now and you're going to drag.
But your adrenals are hurting from it and you've had adrenal fatigue, but it's going to not make things better.
And then what you're going to hear from a practitioner is that maybe you're just detoxing.
That's not what's happening.
You're actually undercaloried.
So that doesn't help your adrenals even more.
So you have to make sure you're grazing at least and you're not restricted so much with your carbohydrates.
I'm not saying I'm not telling you to eat pizza.
I don't want you eating pizza.
Everybody loves pizza, whatever, but don't don't eat pizza.
I'm saying, though, that you have to have just the right amount of things that you're eating, like have an orange, you know, have an apple.
You can still do your animal proteins or whatever you're doing, but you have to still have some kind of carbohydrate in there.
and you have to keep your calories balanced because if you go under calorie,
you're going to affect the adrenals worse.
The thyroid is going to strain and struggle.
The liver is going to strain and struggle.
So I would do that.
So thank you for calling, Lori.
Okay, just a quick question.
Anthony, low-grade mono, how do I even begin to look at that
or do something with that?
Yeah, it's pretty easy.
What you do is you go to your natural practitioner,
and you make sure you tell the natural practitioner that you need to look into this underlying low-grade viral thing
because that's why the thyroid got so bad for them to want to remove it.
Beautiful. Okay.
And that's the whole point.
That's been...
So you remember having mono?
I do. Junior year of high school. I remember it very well.
Yeah. And so that mono then got into the thyroid later,
caused it to you know get in trouble and the doctors removed it but thank god you know much
of the thyroid's left and you look great and you know even if it wasn't left and your thyroid is
missing still you're it's going to be okay and there's so many things you could do but
but you're in a good place so i would work on all these things and then bless your heart i'm glad
you called i love it thank you anthony have a fabulous day oh love you bye so line six we have
Joy. Hi, Joy. Hi, thank you so much for taking my call. I appreciate it. Thank you.
Sure. You're welcome. I'm calling because I have fatigue. My main things are fatigue. I kind of
have had it kind of since high school. If I ever had a busy day or late night, it would always take
me time to recoup. And then the other thing was kind of started, just being honest, having trouble
with incontinence a little bit. I'm doing a scan to see what's happening with the incontinence.
So that's, that's one thing I want to make sure everything's good. And you've been to the doctor
with that. Yes. I need to do the exercise. That's, that's not from, um, that's not from muscles.
So this is, this is a mistake commonly made. Um, one of the fads and trends is, well, look,
You must be getting older and you're not using the muscles, the lower pelvic muscles and everything.
And, you know, you do the Kegels and you do all that stuff, and that will help.
Now, you have a spastic bladder, so this is a nerve being irritated in the bladder that's causing the incontinence.
This is actually a spastic bladder.
So there's a nerve that's being, it's inflamed, and it's making the bladder want to leak.
Okay.
So, and what they're throwing at you is this, well, and I don't blame them one bit.
I mean, they don't have spirit by their side to know.
So they'll give you the usual, you have to build your muscles up there.
That's not the problem, though.
From what we see here, there's an inflammation, so you have a nerve that goes right there.
pudendal nerve um i mean i don't know if that's going to help if you go to the doctor and tell
them pudendal nerve i don't i really don't know if that's going to give them a clue but meaning
maybe some doctors will know right off the bat what nerve that's that's causing this to trigger
okay um but some yeah but some might just want to ignore it it all depends but it's it's a pudendal
nerve nerve and that is inflamed there's a message being sent to the bladder it's inflamed in there
two and you're getting incontinence because of it. I would do the celery juice. You know,
I talk about the celery juice, 16 ounces every day. You do that for like six months and it's not
going to, you're not going to see an incontinence problem get fixed immediately, but over time,
you're going to see less of a problem if you do that. And then the B12 that I always talk about,
that kind of adenosilcobalamin, because adenosilcobalamin is for the nerve. That's
for the pudendum nerve, that's what that's for.
So Spirit says if you get the right kind of B12 in you,
plus you're doing like the celery juice,
which is anti-inflammatory to the bladder,
and you do these things, you're going to be in a better place.
Oh, thank you.
No, you're welcome.
And then thank you for calling and take one day at a time.
You'll get there.
It's not forever that you have that.
And exercise.
I'm not telling you to not exercise.
So make sure you...
Yeah, and then that's one thing.
And then also if you're going to be exercising to eat like, because you do have adrenal fatigue, you do have a little bit of adrenal fatigue.
So make sure that you're eating every hour and a half, couple of hours.
Now, that's annoying because you're going to be leaking.
Yeah, okay.
See, right?
So the more fluids, of course, and the more food, you're going to be having the incontinence issue.
But at the same time, if you don't get a regular schedule of every hour and a half, every two hours having snacks and a little bit of fluid for the adrenals, then, you know, we're not going to protect them.
So make sure you do that.
And I would also go, you know, everything I talked about today, make sure, you know, the different things you can do for it.
Yeah.
And you take one day at a time, but you'll get there eventually.
Oh, that sounds great. Thank you.
No, you're welcome. And, and just, you know, and thanks, thanks for calling. I really, really appreciate it.
Thank you.
Okay, hang in there. I'm with you.
So, yeah, so we're coming to the end of our show goes by so quick. It's, it's actually unbelievable.
So the bottom line is, look, we got to take care of our adrenals.
We need to learn how to do it.
And we can't be doing guesswork when we do it, you know, because we don't have 10 years to be tired and throw away.
You know, we need to live our life every day and get these things back.
So take all the information, take all these golden nuggets I can possibly give you.
Stay tuned in.
We'll do another adrenal show.
We will because we can talk about adrenals for like 12 straight hours and have a blast.
So make sure that we do, you know, all the things, though, that we're talking about today and things that you feel intuitive, that you feel that you like as well.
See your doctors and practitioners and tell them any information, of course, because you need help.
You know, you need help.
They need to help other people.
It's all come.
We're all connected.
We're all intertwined one way or another here on planet Earth.
Follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest, where every day I post about the healing powers of different fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, and teas.
That's decades ahead of its time because spirit gives the information of what real food does, what's in food that we don't know yet, that we haven't discovered.
And I post that on my Facebook page, so get connected to that.
I also provide healing recipes and daily inspiration to keep you moving forward on your healing journey because so many of us struggle with health conditions.
And I understand.
I totally get it.
